Big changes are taking place at a small local television channel. A desire to compete with bigger networks by new station owner and General Manager G.I. Lovecash has prompted changes that have shaken up the whole staff at WMRB TV in Baltimore, MD. The network once prided itself on wholesome family oriented programming with shows such as the Grecian Gourmet with Chef Georgiou Georgioupolis. However, Lovecash plans to shake up the lineup to more scary and shocking programming with a new show hosted by Goria de Vamp, “the Gothic Goddess” who has been surrounded by controversy her entire career because of the raunchy, gory movies she shows and her outlandish, graphic, and over the top stunts she performs in between segments, all in the name of ratings. Meanwhile, station accountant and mail room clerk Ida Beancounter has been noticing some peculiarities in financial reports, strange invoices coming to the station, and missing petty cash. She has enlisted the help of Private Investigator Al O'Gainey to perform surveillance around the station and to report any unusual occurrences.

It's 1947, and something strange happened last night on a farm near Roswell, New Mexico. A fiery ball fell from the sky and nothing may ever be the same. There's a lot of confusion as the military transports what it recovered to Washington, D.C., but one of the nation's top military minds, Brigadier General Buford Stifle has the situation under control. In fact, if you ask General Stifle, nothing happened, so there's no cause for alarm. Farmer McDonald might disagree with that. You see, it was McDonald's farm which was swarming with soldiers shortly after the "alleged" incident. Sammy Trueheart will also take issue with Stifle. Trueheart was one of the first to arrive on the McDonald farm last night, and is struggling with the General's orders to conceal everything. Complicating matters, there's a nosy reporter snooping around, asking wild questions. I wouldn't take this "journalist" too seriously though. Old Scoop Scanlan used to write for one of the first rag sheets ever to rise to the level of "supermarket tabloid." With all the cover-ups, FBI Agent Wolf Moldy will have a hard time getting to the bottom of what really happened.

There's Something About Sven!! Welcome to the auction of the year! Northeby’s Auction House is proud to present the finest collection of historic artwork and writings ever. Alex Northeby will be conducting this special auction, which has attracted many wealthy bidders, including Christopher Columbus Rigatoni (an actual American descendent of the famous explorer). A piece of Native American art has drawn “Sitting Cow” Henderson to the auction, and that ancient charcoal drawing has also attracted the attention of eccentric Swede Magnus Swartling. However, Swartling doesn’t have the kind of big bucks it will take to bid on any of these items. With such priceless works of historical art here, tight security is a necessity, but why is Detective Al O'Gainey snooping around and asking questions about someone named Swen? Is it possible that…”There’s Something About Swen?”

You Auto Be Dead It’s 1955, and wealthy automobile magnate Sven Fürdenterder is about to unveil his company’s latest innovation that will change America forever. It’s a car with an engine that needs no gasoline, but instead runs on some mysterious alternative fuel. Considering that researcher Atta Mobile is the brains behind the new engine breakthrough, you would think that he would be happier about it, but Otto seems to be very worried about something. This new engine could turn out to be wonderful news for American drivers, but it is potentially devastating for Sloan Crude, President of the Helpers of the Oil & Gas Industry. HOGI is a lobbying group that is paid millions each year to further the cause of fossil fuels in Congress. A.C. Chevler also has grave concerns about the rumors of an alternative fuel engine, since it could bankrupt Chevler Industries, America’s #1 automaker. Security is tight as Sven Fürdenterder prepares to make his grand announcement, so don’t be surprised to see private eye Al O'Gainey patrolling the perimeter.

Murder by 9 (8 Central) Love it or hate it, reality TV appears to be here to stay, and no network is making more of a ratings splash in reality TV than NBS. The recent 9-week series “Whose Pants Are These?” took the world by storm, and viewers were shocked to learn that Lee Strauss won the $1 Million prize by being the first to match nine pairs of pants with the show’s nine contestants. It was a surprise ending because another contestant, Richard Castaway, sure seemed to have a knack for the game. He wasn’t very liked by the audience, though (at least according to network test groups). The host of “Whose Pants” has been having a rough time since the show ended. There was even a Variety cover story that suggested that J.P. Pabst would not be invited back to host the other NBS reality shows in development. That shouldn’t matter because Pabst certainly made a lot of money on the last show. Security guard Al O'Gainey knows that. There’s very little that happens at NBS that Sullivan doesn’t find out about during his late night security sweeps through everyone’s private offices. NBS is making a killing, but will it be Murder by Nine?

The Curse of The Scroll

The year is 1933, and archeologist Cleo Patrick has returned to America with what may be his most famous discovery ever: the Scroll of the Pharaoh. The hieroglyphics on the scroll warn of a curse to all who dare to touch the sacred parchment. The scroll was found on the site of an ancient Egyptian outhouse which was unearthed behind the Great Pyramid of Giza (it seems even the ancient Egyptians enjoyed reading in the bathroom). The scroll has been brought to the United States, and is being transported by rail to New York City, where it will be put on display with Patrick's other "important" discoveries. On board the train with Patrick is his longtime aide Farrah Ramsey; his financial backer, Alexandra D. Grate; and a mysterious stranger named Edie Mummie.

Foul Play

It's the night before the start of the 1932 World Series between the Chattanooga Chasers and the New York Yankees. The Chasers are on a train bound for New York, but the mood is far from the celebration one might expect. Team owner Homer Doubleday is considering ordering the benching of his team's star player, Moose Macker. It seems that Moose has a clause in his contract that will pay him $10,000 if the Chasers win the World Series. With Moose, the Chasers are a lock to topple the Yankees. Without him, the team is doomed. Also on the train is the team's accountant, Jackie Bean, who seems to be nervous about something. Also accompanying the team on its trek to the Big Apple is sportswriter Max Banner and Det.Perry Ville, Moose's personal bodyguard.

I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST ST. PATRICK'S DAY Fans of the Larry Leprechaun Show are breathing a big sigh of relief. Patrick O'Shamrock, the actor portraying the 6 foot tall leprechaun was arrested last year and sent to prison for 20 years for armed bank robbery. The good news is that O'Shamrock's replacement, Barney Blarney has taken the show to new heights, adding dances and songs that have driven ratings higher than ever. Director I.R. Land is thrilled since good ratings equal job security. Land hired Gail Ick as a production assistant on the show because the director felt bad when Ick, an ex bank teller, was the victim of last year's bank robbery. Despite news of a local escaped prisoner and the presence of FBI Special Agent Al O'Gainey things couldn't be better for the Larry Leprechaun show, as the cast and crew gather for a special promotional tour. Little does anyone know that it could all fall apart at any time because.... I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST ST. PATRICK'S DAY

The Fowl Players of Perryville Murder Mystery Show on The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad- www.wmsr.com for details Tonight is a very special night indeed. Tonight the very famous Italian chef Appletini is here to introduce a new dish that will knock your socks off and he has picked you to be the first ones to try it. It will be televised so if all goes well, there may be a new TV show for Appletini. At least, that’s what his manager Sexonda Beach hopes. A new show means money and money means Beach can get a cut of the dough. Of course, Appletini goes nowhere without his faithful sous chef B. Alexander who aids him with all things wonderful in the kitchen. Then there is Tom Collins, the event planner, who was a contestant on Appletini’s “Chef Flambe” reality show. Will Appletini remember him? Collins certainly hopes so. Of course, Appletini has a bit of a temper and can be quite the diva, so there is security tonight….just in case.

In fact, Nearbe is so ready for retirement that he is missing this meeting to play golf. One person who is watching VP Cheeden is Secretary Shirley Oliver, who admires his leadership and maybe a little more. The school’s Social Studies teacher and last year’s Teacher of the Year winner, Mr. Aaron DeWhirl, is here to make sure his new globes get approved by VP Cheeden for classroom use. The PTA Treasurer, Mrs. Shiva Arm, is at the meeting, but is not happy since the check to purchase new bowling balls for the bowling ball team was “misplaced,” potentially costing her son, Alfred Arm, his bowling scholarship for college. Thankfully, Principal Nearbe sent Officer Chuck to make sure the PTA meeting goes well so he can retire peacefully on a high note.
